  • Your Key Crusade Application: In order for You to use any of the services provided by Key Crusade, including becoming an Key Crusade publisher (collectively, the "Key Crusade Services"), you will be required to submit an application to Key Crusade ("Your Application"). Your Application will require You to provide Personal Information to Key Crusade. If Your Application is rejected, Key Crusade may retain Your Personal Information at its discretion.
  • Your Creation and Maintenance of Your Key Crusade Account: If Your Application is accepted, You will be required to provide Personal Information to Key Crusade in order to create and maintain as current an account with Key Crusade ("Your Account").
  • Your Responses to Communications form Key Crusade: From time to time, Key Crusade, may communicate with You through email, postal mail or other forms of electronic communications regarding the Your Account, the Key Crusade Services, the and Website. If You respond to these communications, Your responses may contain Personal Information.

Per the CCPA, you may delete or anonymize your personal information at anytime. Also per the CCPA, we provide two tools that you may use to do this.
